Responsibilities
- ✓ Conduct outbound calls to students and parents regarding EdTech courses
- ✓ Provide course consultations, counseling, and customer support
- ✓ Understand customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- ✓ Maintain call logs and update CRM status regularly
- ✓ Meet daily outbound call and performance targets
